Blanco Niño use the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation to produce award-winning, slow-cooked corn tortilla chips. Each batch takes three days to make, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour.

In tribute to the communities and traditions that inspire Blanco Niño, they married together blue corn and amaranth to create a sweet, earthy flavour. Amaranth was a vital crop, not just for food, but in the spiritual and ritual life of Mesoamerican indigenous civilizations. The Amaranth is sourced from farmers in Milpa Alta, which overlooks Mexico City.

These chips are made with the very best ingredients, are gluten-free, vegan-friendly, kosher certified and contain no artificial ingredients.

Sold as a single unit. 170g pack.
