You might be wondering... why a run club?

We are running for a cause.

See, running does something to you. It helps you manage stress, anxiety, depression, and it's fairly easy to do: you just need your legs and a pair of shoes.

It leads you to feel better, which, in turn, will make you wanting to eat better. It's a vicious cycle.

But we also know that, if you don't have a group of friends wanting to do the same, it can be incredibly lonely.

And life is so much better when you take care of yourself and surround yourself with people who want the same!

So, this is not just a run club. It is a vehicle we are using to create a community and drive positive change.
