Lupin hummus

Lummus

Our Lummus, in addition to being a lighter and lower-calorie alternative to traditional hummus, has incredible versatility!

They are perfect for quick dips, wraps, sandwiches, or for effortlessly completing balanced meals.

Unlike traditional hummus, Lummus is not made with chickpeas. It is prepared with lupin beans, a legume well known to all Portuguese people: a superfood naturally rich in protein and fiber and very easy to digest.

Discover the 3 flavors: original, sun-dried tomato, and basil!

Our Lummus products are made with the finest ingredients: 100% natural and locally sourced to preserve all the flavor, nutritional value, and benefits for your digestive and intestinal health. We use the HPP (High Pressure Processing) method , a cutting-edge technology that preserves the freshness and vitamins of the ingredients without the need for heat or chemical preservatives.

Hello!
I've tried all three proteins. Here's my verdict:
Chocolate: I love it! The flavor is great and I usually use it in my milk in the morning. I've bought it several times.
Vanilla: I bought it once, but it's too sweet for me. I'm finishing up mixing it with the original version and I usually use it in yogurt for snacks.
I really like this unflavored protein. I add it to yogurt and it's perfect.

This was the first time I ordered products from Tarwi, and it was the only protein I've liked so far. I've only tried the cocoa one, but I'm sure the others won't disappoint, and I really want to try the lupin bean snacks.
