🍴 Serves: 12

🌲 Ingredients:
3 tbsp Lummus & Basil
3 tbsp Lummus & Sun-dried Tomato
4 sheets of prepared puff pastry
12 skewers
2 egg yolks
Parmesan cheese (optional)

πŸ₯£ Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Roll out one puff pastry sheet and spread the Lummus & Basil in an even layer. Top with another pastry sheet, and lightly press to adhere.
3. Cut out 6 (2 cm) stripes and little stars for each tree.
4. Repeat the same process for the Lummus & Sun-dried Tomato.
5. Working one strip at a time, fold the dough back and forth in a zig-zag motion with each layer getting narrower than the last, to create a tree shape. Arrange on the prepared sheets.
6. Brush the trees with egg yolk and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
7. Let it cool before sprinkling with grated parmesan cheese!
