Sugar-free, high in protein, and delicious!
🕒 Preparation time: 15 min
🕒 Refrigeration time: minimum 8 hours, ideally overnight.
🍴 Serves: 8 slices of salami
Ingredients:
300g of natural yogurt or natural Greek yogurt
80g Essential Vegan Protein + Cocoa
200g of toasted sugar-free biscuits or Maria-type biscuits
80g of hazelnuts or other dried fruit
Grated coconut to taste
🥣 Preparation:
1. Mix the yogurt with the cocoa protein until you obtain a smooth cream.
2. Add the crumbled biscuit* and the dried fruit, mixing well.
3. Place the mixture on parchment paper, shape it into a salami shape, and roll it up.
4. Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours (or overnight).
5. Remove from the freezer at least 2–3 hours before serving so that it is easy to slice.
6. The final texture is creamier than that of traditional salami — but super flavorful and high in protein!
7. Sprinkle with grated coconut before serving.
Note: * Crumble some of the biscuit until it forms some flour, to help give consistency to the salami.
Tip: Store in the freezer and slice whenever you crave a sweet and nutritious snack!
