Viral Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Discover our very own version of the Viral Tiramisu Chia Pudding 😍


🕗 Preparation time: 5 min

🕗 Soak time: at least 4 hours or overnight

🍴 Serves: 1


☕️Ingredients:

200g yogurt

3 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp more than Protein: Vanilla

1 shot of coffee

2 tsp cocoa powder

🥣Method:
1. In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine the yogurt, chia seeds, coffee, and protein powder. Stir thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

2. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and flake into a pudding-like consistency.

3. Before serving, sprinkle with a generous amount of cocoa powder.

4. Enjoy!
