Tortilla Wrap with Lummus Original

🍴Serves: 1 wrap
🌯Ingredients:
1 tortilla
1-2 tbsp Lummus Original
1/4 avocado
carrot, grated
courgette, pan-fried
🥣Method:
1. Cut the tortilla from the centre to the edge.
2. Spread Lummus Original on one section of the tortilla, then layer with the carrot, avocado, and courgette.
3. Fold the wrap, toast it in a pan until golden, and serve warm.
